Description of the Service

BINGU Online is a web-based entertainment platform that allows you to:

• Play called bingo games (90 balls) with different visual themes, languages and voices.
• Generate and download bingo cards in PDF format for printing.
• Verify the authenticity of generated cards.
• Access a free demo with limited functionality.

BINGU does not involve gambling, monetary prizes or gaming transactions. Its use is exclusively recreational and for entertainment purposes.

Usage Requirements

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 14, you need the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• A modern web browser and internet connection are required to use the Service.

User Accounts

You can create an account by registering with email and password, or through Google Sign-In.

• Each user may have only one account.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account to third parties is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you detect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately at bingu@protonmail.com.

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings section of your profile.

Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc., a secure payment services provider. BINGU does not store or access your card data.

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed each month unless previously cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the already billed period.

Refund Policy

• When you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining time.
• If you experience severe technical issues that prevent the use of the Service, you can contact us at bingu@protonmail.com and we will evaluate your case individually.

Permitted Use

By using BINGU you agree to:

• Use the Service solely for recreational and entertainment purposes.
• Not attempt to access features or data without authorization.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Service code.
• Not use the Service for illegal activities, including gambling or real-money gaming.
• Not automate access to the Service through bots, scrapers or other means.
• Not deliberately overload the servers or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using BINGU as a gambling platform, charging for participation in games or associating monetary prizes with game outcomes.
• Sharing, reselling or redistributing access credentials for paid plans.
• Uploading offensive, illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights as a custom logo.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of your account without prior notice or refund.

Intellectual Property

All content of the Service (code, design, visual themes, audio, animations, logos, texts and the BINGU brand) is owned by the Owner or used under license, and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works of the Service without express authorization is not permitted.
• Generated cards are for personal use. They may not be sold as a standalone product.
• The BINGU and BINGU Online trademarks are owned by the Owner.

User Content

Some plans allow you to upload your own content (such as a custom logo). By doing so:

• You warrant that you have the necessary rights to that content.
• You grant the Owner a limited license to display said content within the bingo game, solely for the duration of your subscription.
• The Owner reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate, offensive or infringing on third-party rights.

Service Availability

The Owner strives to keep the Service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

• Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or external causes.
• The Owner shall not be liable for damages resulting from temporary Service interruptions.
• In case of prolonged interruptions affecting active subscriptions, proportional compensation will be considered.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law:

• The Owner does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet specific expectations.
• The Owner is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
• The Owner's maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

These limitations do not affect your non-waivable rights as a consumer under applicable legislation.

Suspension and Cancellation

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use.
• Use the Service in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
• Belong to minors under 14 without authorization.

In case of suspension for non-compliance, no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription time.

Users can voluntarily cancel their account at any time from the Settings section.

Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (Google, Stripe, YouTube). The Owner is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of these external sites.

Access to these links is at your own responsibility.

Changes to These Terms

The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the revised update date.

If the changes are substantial, registered users will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
