Yes, BINGU offers a free demo you can use without signing up. The demo draws up to 10 balls so you can see how the screen would look at a party, senior center, association or event. To run complete games with printable cards, automatic voices and a TV or projector screen, you need an event pass or active plan. We also publish full examples on our YouTube channel.

For the demo, no. You can try BINGU directly without signing up. To create complete games, download card batches and save your preferences, you do need an account. You can register with your email or sign in quickly with Google.

Yes, that is BINGU's main use case. You can choose a 48h or 7-day event pass for a one-off party, or a monthly plan if you run activities every week in senior centers, associations, schools, venues or businesses. Premium / Brand is designed for larger events or branded experiences.

90 balls is the traditional bingo in Spain and Europe, with 3-row cards. 75 balls is American bingo, with 5×5 cards and the letters B-I-N-G-O. Picture bingo (49 or 36 pictures) replaces numbers with drawings: it is ideal for children and for people who find it hard to follow numbers. You can try them in the demo before deciding.

No, not at all. BINGU is a recreational tool for organizing in-person bingo events. It does not manage betting, money, prizes or transactions between players. If attendees decide to use symbolic prizes on their own, that is outside the scope of BINGU.

A device with a web browser (computer, laptop, tablet or Smart TV) connected to a TV or projector everyone can see, speakers so the voice can be heard and an internet connection. For the cards, a printer (or a print shop) to print the PDF. Players only need their card and something to mark it with.

Not yet: the game needs a connection while it is being played, because the voices and the theme are loaded from BINGU. We recommend testing it beforehand at the event venue. If the Wi-Fi is weak, you can share your phone's mobile data with the computer or TV.

No. Only the organizer needs an account. Players play with their printed card while watching the screen.

BINGU has more than 20 visual themes, each with its own colors, animations and intro, including high-contrast and black-and-white themes that are easy to see from a distance. There is 90 and 75 ball bingo and picture bingo. Numbers are called in 10 languages (Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese, Hindi, Dutch and Filipino) and in most of them you can choose between several voices.

None. Players do not sign up or use any app: they play with their printed card. We only keep the account data of the organizer, as explained in our privacy policy.

It is very simple. First you configure your game by choosing the visual theme, language, voice that will call the numbers and the speed. Then BINGU plays the game automatically: an animated intro, the draw of all 90 balls one by one with voice and animations, and a closing sequence. You just need to hand out the printed cards to players and put the screen where everyone can see it.

Yes. During the game you have the Pause button: the game stops at the current ball and continues when you press Resume. It is useful to check a bingo, take a break or help someone.

The screen shows the board with every number that has been called and the last balls. Pause the game, ask for the card and compare its numbers with the board. BINGU does not detect winners automatically: the organizer has the final say. If you also want to check that the card is genuine, enter its code in Verify card.

Yes. BINGU includes a card generator with 10 different visual styles. You can generate series of cards, download them as PDF and print them to hand out to players. Each card has a unique serial code that allows you to verify its authenticity at any time, preventing cheating.

One per player and game. For example, 30 players playing 10 games need 300 cards. If you run short, you can buy a card pack.

You can use printed cards in as many games as you like. What expires is their verification code: it can usually be checked for 90 days after you generate the cards, and the date is printed at the bottom of each card.

At the moment of payment. The 48h Event Pass lasts 48 hours from payment and the 7-Day Pass, 7 days. That is why it is best to buy it on the day of the event or shortly before.

It is the number of devices or tabs that can show a game at the same time with your account. For example, Activities includes 3 screens for recurring groups, Venue/Events includes 5 for spaces with several areas, and Premium / Brand allows up to 10 screens for larger events.

Payment is made on the secure page of Whop, our payment platform, with the payment methods it shows you for your country. BINGU never sees or stores your card details. Passes are a one-time payment; monthly plans are charged every month until you cancel them.

Event passes are a one-time payment: they do not renew and expire on their own at the end. Monthly plans renew every month until you cancel them. To cancel, write to us at bingu@protonmail.com from your account email and we will cancel it; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Yes. Payments are handled by Whop, the payment platform, and Whop issues the invoice or receipt, not BINGU. You can download it from "My access". If you buy as a business or self-employed professional, enter your VAT number when checkout asks for it so the invoice has the correct VAT treatment. Ask your tax advisor how to declare it.

Event passes, the Activities plan, card packs and the custom theme are not refundable, because the service starts at the moment of payment. The Venue/Events and Premium / Brand plans are: you can request it within 7 days of the payment, as long as you have not played any game with that plan.
