At the moment of payment. The 48h Event Pass lasts 48 hours from payment and the 7-Day Pass, 7 days. That is why it is best to buy it on the day of the event or shortly before.
No. The 48h and 7-day passes are one-time payments and expire automatically at the end of the period.
Yes. Monthly plans are for recurring use and can be canceled when you no longer need them.
No. Only the organizer needs an account. Players play with their printed card while watching the screen.
One per player and game. For example, 30 players playing 10 games need 300 cards. If you run short, you can buy a card pack.
The number of game screens you can have open at the same time, for example a main TV and support devices.
Yes. Payments are handled by Whop, the payment platform, and Whop issues the invoice or receipt, not BINGU. You can download it from "My access". If you buy as a business or self-employed professional, enter your VAT number when checkout asks for it so the invoice has the correct VAT treatment. Ask your tax advisor how to declare it.
Event passes, the Activities plan, card packs and the custom theme are not refundable, because the service starts at the moment of payment. The Venue/Events and Premium / Brand plans are: you can request it within 7 days of the payment, as long as you have not played any game with that plan. More details in the terms of use.
No. BINGU is a recreational tool for in-person bingo events. It does not manage betting, money or prizes between players.
Premium includes controlled brand customization. A fully custom design is an optional one-time paid extra.
